Like the way you made the trousers look loose, very suit-styled. That, combined with a broad neck and torso, really makes him look mob-like.
But maybe you should hav made the line from shoulders to head straight, on the left side... It gives the impression of some kind of hair(in my case, an afro), which doesn't go well with the mob-gringo-italian style...

But far above any expectations, evah!
